We, the current partners of 55609, would like for management to reconsider their decision to not rehire Ramon Rodriguez who has applied and was turned away from consideration to return On a count of lies and defamation of his character. Ramon worked incredibly hard to help create of store third place environment and partner environment perfect. He worked hard to develop partners to do better and be better are nurturing the human sole one person,one neighborhood , one cup at a time. We believe he can create change (that is needed) in our store to make the environment more welcoming and pleasing for partners and customers. Knowing the 5 years of experience he brings to build off of business needs and approaches to the Shift Lead position. Customers have also put input on his capabilities including 2 morning regulars John & Helen.
