Clinton/Benton, Maine residents: Mike Hachey was summarily dismissed from his position of Director of the Clinton/Benton Solid Waste Transfer and Recycling Station by Town Manager Earla Haggerty, without the support of the Clinton/Benton community and in violation of the Clinton Personnel Policy which states: "Involuntary Termination. Involuntary termination of any employee who has completed the probationary period must only be for cause, after notice and hearing". As you can see from the attached picture, notice and hearing were provided AFTER the termination in violation of the policy.
