We the undersigned object to the termination of Donna Winn as Parks and Recreation Director during this 2014 budget process. Donna is a 10 year employee who works hard to help make Torrington a better place. Her work yields tangible results. There is a need for Donna's leadership and work in Torrington. We the undersigned request the immediate rehiring of Donna Winn by replacing the funding for her position in the budget.
