Ms.Pritchett is one of the best coaches yall have , She is the type of of coach that push athletes to be better even when they dont see it in themselves. I did track for a short time but in the time that I was there Coach Pritchett pushed me to my limits which made me a better athlete.

The City of Passaic is so crooked it's pathetic. They probably have someone they know or friends with that's going to fill her position. Unfair on the process of letting her go. She was DEDICATED AND LOVED what she did. It shows.

Not sure why the superintendent or the City of Passaic would not want to rehire someone of Ms. Pritchett's caliber to teach and coach students. Having been a product of Passaic school system to rise to a position to give back to her community and not offer an opportunity back without feedback is disrespectful not only to her, but to those she has and continues to impact. Do the right thing and rehire Ms. Pritchett, especially if your educators to provide quality and inspirational education to our future generations. As an alumni and former team member, I can attest to Ms. Pritchett's dedication, determination, and perseverance for success. I know that is just some of the values that she provides to those under her tutelage. Having passionate educators makes school worthwhile for those attending.
Ms. Pritchett is one of those passionate about her craft! Again, do the right thing and bring her back!

Shanae and I went through the Passaic School system from Elementary School to PHS Graduation, and there are very few people that care for this city and it's children more than her. I'm sure she wasn't signed because her passion for improving the system irritated some higher-ups. Do your job right and assess her work and her impact on the city by the proper metrics, not by your hurt feelings, and you'll see that she's one of the best educators you have today!
