We have all known this Lowell Mcgill for years and some all their life and can say that this is not where he belongs.We all are family and real friends who can honestly say that incarceration is not where he belongs. He deserves treatment, so that he may come back into society healthy and clear minded knowing the the criminal justice system is fair with its decisions on those who need help with addiction. It is a long road to recovery but with family and friends to support and those who care will be right there to help his journey be one that will never be forgotten but one that will never be repeated again and again.We all petition to have him to be in a rehabilitation center where he can get the proper assistance..
