We, the undersigned, Call upon the Government of Canada to create public sector organizations in every country to to regulate all geoengineering and related activities which involve spraying substances into our air (including but not limited to weather modification activities) Ensuring that no detrimental substances are being used. These organizations will be responsible for delivering to the public all information of substances being sprayed from aircraft for any purpose (what substances were injected, where they were injected, when they were injected, and for what purpose they were injected) within 28 days of activities taking place. This includes stratospheric seeding for solar radiation management as well as any activities that inject substances in our air done by the military or private corporations. We also want all information exchanged between Canada and the United states of America in regards to weather modification activities to be made available to the public.
