Have you been caught up in their web called "customer service", or support?

Do you think the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS) should regulate cellphones? This is "self-regulation" The CCTS is funded by the very companies they are supposed to regulate? Staffed by the same corporate lawyers who wrote out your wireless service contract? It must be in the best interest of the cellphone companies to set up this faux regulator, rather than have the CRTC regulate their business. All it is is "window-dressing", or at best another layer of corporate bureaucracy between you the customer and your cellphone provider.

Has your cellphone company changed your service contract unilaterally? Is your phone reliable? Or do your voicemail notifications arrive mysteriously hours and hours after they've been sent. Does your phone drop calls? I, personally had a customer service lackey tell me that its my phone was incompatible with their network and I should buy a new one. I asked her "Why did you sell me a phone that doesn't work on your network?" I didn't get an answer.
