These rates charged are astronomical! There are only 2 of us retired people and we do not water our lawn! Something has got to give!

A healthy regulatory process ensures customers are protected both health wise and economically. It also ensures providers get fair compensation for the services and products they provide.
Such a process is absolutely necessary when these companies are monopolies providing water- essential to life.

Company waters is terrible and the price is very bad that they charge.
They do not respond to customers

It seems that Piedmont Water picks and chooses months to increase water bills. My household doesn’t vary on the amount of water we use but have noticed water bill being significantly higher every 4th to 6th month. This seems fishy !!! Piedmont Water is lining their pockets quarterly it seems.

Piedmont Water has been price gouging since at least 1992 when I first got here. No one is allowed to dig their own well for sprinklers either.
