We need to regulate water rates in GA. We are not allowed to drill a well and have no other option to get water, what are we supposed to do?We pay too much for nasty water and now you are raising prices again. I am a single mother trying to support 2 children. I cannot afford this price hike, take it out of the salaries of the highest paid employees who don't have to use this water.

They Dig a well and get free water and charge others for the crap water , so they can then sell you something to fix the crap water (which doesnt wk)

Un-drinkable. Must purchase drinking water after paying for piedmont skanky water. Rates for water alone, no sewer, are insane. 4X higher than anywhere we've ever lived which included sewer charges. Pathetic!!

No irrigation. No dishwasher. Very few guests.
My bill has never been under $100.

Terrible water quality, $82.65 for 2 thousand gallons or less of water/sewage monthly. I can’t afford to water my lawn!

We came from Gwinnett and paid about 1/3 the cost we’re paying for water in Greensboro. Requested a separate water meter for irrigation. Initial cost $1750 and it takes 12 weeks to get one terrible rates and terrible service. Needs to be regulated!!
