1. Rates for 5000 gallons of water + sewer in PW area are 2 ½ times higher than the median price in the State (source: GA Water Dashboard)
2. Prices that have increased 127% since 2012 vs inflation of only 43%
3. Connect fees for new homes in the area of $20,000
4. Connect fees for businesses that have been over $100,000

Please consider adding the regulation of water to the states requirements for utilities! Quality and pricing of Piedmont Water Utility are totally out of line with any comparable states or communities!

We should go beyond the GA.EPA as they are the body that made a deal with federal EPA to allow private water companies to not have to meet the Federal EPA regulations.
