I paid in advance to have my sewer separated from water in May. I was told you must pay in advance to get on the list but it could take 12 weeks, after twelve weeks I call with my concerns. I was advised it would be an additional 4 weeks. They have my $1500 and nothing

Regulations on water rates are vastly needed. Additionally, true consumption rates on not just water inside the home but also brown water or stormwater released to the street are a part of the cost picture and must be metered and charged based on consumption if we are to have true equity. Find out how many gallons of water your trees mitigate at www.tree benefits.com.

At least an inquiry/review or audit should be preformed to determine if action is needed.

I can’t believe the water bill my sister would get out there. We didn’t even shower because it would cost her hundreds! How horrible!

Every water department should be regulated in the state of georgia. There is corruption and/or incompetence in Greene County/Putnam County Piedmont water and DeKalb County.

Piedmont water needs to fix the water . Sometimes our water pressure is low sometimes it’s discolored and Lord probid there’s a busted water line they will literally take there sweet time to fix it and wait until the water leak is really bad before fixing it. I’m located in West Riverbend subdivision.
