It is a shame that Georgia does not regulate water as it is more important than electricity. Water and food we MUST have to live. Stupidity is what it is in Georgia. I guess the thought is if it doesn't affect me, why should I care. Everyone should care about others. The Lord God is watching and sees EVERYTHING.

Please help families that are being overcharged for water and sewer. We are paying double high bills because Savannah Water Magmt keeps raising prices. It needs to be stopped.

Our water & sewer fees are over $150 per month with Water Management in Georgia, and that is the base charge.

I have V&R Development water in Lakeland and pay $60 a month for water and just heard they are doing another price increase. The area is growing so they are getting more customers so they don't need an increase. Bunch of thieves

I moved from Florida where my water bill was 1/6 what it is with Piedmont. I spoke with a PW rep who actually said the word “monopoly” to me when referring to the fact that I don’t have a choice because Reynolds will not allow wells. Something must be done about this and I cannot understand why our elected officials have not stepped in/up!

Water is our precious commodity, it should not be sold to the public by greedy business handlers. Your constituents are counting on all elected gov't representatives to work for fair business practices. There cannot be a monopoly in the business of water for sale. Fair competition needs to be established, and that is what YOU need to bring to the town of Greensboro, Greene County, GA. To all the towns, in all counties across the state of Georgia. Let's see some action taken. Your records speak loudly when it comes time to VOTING!

Having just moved here 10 months ago from Washington State we find this appalling! We had great chlorinated and fluridated water there for a fifth of the cost of here. And it NEVER stunk like sulphur.

Private water supply companies should not be able to just raise prices as seen fit. Sliding scale cost for water consumption is ridiculous. Setting a base about of water to be used than x amount per 1k gallon after...... 100 dollars for 14k gallons whether you use it or not! Not to mention what if you have a family of 4 vs a family of 2 how does that make sence.
