There are people that have tried many times to commit suicide from paracetamol, it's so readily available, it's cheap and supermarkets only limit the amount of boxes you can buy to two. I don't know any exact figures but it doesn't take much to realise that overdosing on paracetamol (which is so easily done) can kill. In addition, people just turn to paracetamol when in a small amount of pain - it's unnecessary and I know many teenagers whom will take painkilling drugs like paracetamol or co-codamol whilst drinking.... I'm not sure whether this is a cheaper way to feel "merry" or what. However, I do believe (although) harmless in moderation... It is too readily available. Tighter regulations?
