Stop taking sport away, kids need something other than phones and hanging around street corners, the more you let things like this go the more we will see kids etc bored with no where to go and no interests

The community supports sport. The legal history of the showgrounds is firmly in the view that leisure must be maintained

Had been going to the show ground since 1970. This should never been allowed to happen without a new arena supplied

Speedway is a family sport with none of the abuse or violence as seen at some football games. Safe and friendly to take young children too

I started watching the Panthers in 1973 and religiously every Friday night as a child growing up my parents took me and my sister and we loved it. As adults we carried this on and it was shocking to see the Speedway end last year. Really hope it comes back where it belongs and has always belonged at the best speedway track in the UK.

Peterborough Speedway is a valuable community sport which offers outdoor entertainment at a reasonable price, and there's no alternative within an accessible distance...

It’s been part of the Peterborough community for so long - pure greed to cost thousands of people a passion

Speedway has been part of my life for nearly 50 years. My children and grandchildren are also fans. That has been taken away from us
