I agree, I have found that there are more health issues found in the regular colored miniature schnauzers, plus serious problems with their teeth!

I personally don’t own Merle’s but love some of the colors!! They need to make a color code for it ;):)

Have bred and owned these beautiful patterned dogs for many many years now it has become ice r1/2 of my breeding programs I prefer to stay with AKC if at all possible with my beautiful healthy merles

I’d love to see the more recent coat colors recognized. As well as the smaller breeds of schnauzer like toy and teacup

We own four merle schnauzers. We would prefer all our dogs to be AKC registered.

I breed merle schnauzers. I currently have 2 merle schnauzers and getting another in a couple days. Would love to see the merle added to AKC.
