People from all communities of Wisconsin deserve the chance to speak to this bill and its provisions that endanger their quality local public schools. They also deserve to know what is really in the bill and what was put in I only to provoke a reaction. Clear transparent government is what this state needs.

To be fair and transparent you must hold statewide hearings about this bill. It affects all cities across the state. You need to inform and ask the public how they feel about the amended bill AB1.

As elected public officials, it is imperative that you allow the public to speak on public policy. It is only decent to not make people wait hours to do so. Scheduling time for speakers would be greatly appreciated.

The steps needed to enhance public education in Wisconsin cannot legislated. But public education can be destroyed by legislation such as AB1. There is no need for this bill.
Changes to AB1 deserve additional public hearings.
