I oppose the increase in HOA fees to $711.37 for July 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. Remember! They've been taking $100 for Capital Reserve from our income check every month!

The members of Garey Enterprises II LLC,refuse the Plaza Resort & Spa increase in HOA fees for 2015. We did not receive any notice of a board meeting to set 2015 budget and received the info of the increase just days before going in to effect. The Hotel is sucking out all of the rental revenue, leaving the owners with about 40% and a hugh HOA bill to pay for everything in the Hotel , (Pool, Meeting rooms, Lobby, Elevators, etc. ) none of which do we own! We, like the other owners have negative cash flow from our investment and demand that the hotel receive no more than one third (33.3%) of the rental income!

We reject the proposed increase in HOA fees. We were not given timely notification of the June 30th meeting. Letter was dated May 19th, yet we received it on June 24th, less than one week from the date of the meeting. Further, it appears that the majority owner(s) of the Plaza Resort & Spa units are attempting to force foreclosures on individually owned units by imposing exorbitant increases to the HOA fees. These units will become unsalable at these rates and will result in foreclosures, which the majority owner(s) will then be able to purchase at greatly reduced values. We are all incurring losses, yet our fees continue to increase at will. We absolutely do not agree with this increase!

I lost $4,000.00 last year. When I bought my unit 18 (mos ago, 12/30/13) the fee was $425/mo. Without being forewarned, it went to $555/mo. Now over $711.00??? That is an 80% increase in 18 months!!! How can we even sell units? No one will buy after seeing this monthly fee! I really like The Plaza, but its not Ritz-Carlton. I am willing to do whatever it takes to change the hoa board and mgmt company. I want to see fees go back to $ 425/mo OR EVEN LESS!!!

We need some serious management changes. I oppose another raise in HOA fees. I lost over $3,000 last year and they want to increase fees!!!

I oppose the raise in HOA fees .I am very disappointed. How could they raise the fees when we're losing money it doesn't make sense.
