Some sort of relief(refund) should be sent to those who pay our hoa. We weren't allowed to some of our communities and it's not fair we still had to pay full dues

I think there are better options than those put forth recently. I’d like to see simpler, more accommodating rules like a morning session for seniors plus limiting pool and amenity use to residents only as we come out of the pandemic.
