Refund partial amount of tuition fees in ADU

As college is college is closed so i need part of my fees

At least refund the transportation fees

i paid for the studio class and vat and im not using the sudio or the other classes as i wanted to since we are learning online

The bus is no longer needed due to the online studying. So I was wondering if I can refund the bus fees.

The university should refund or at least lower the prices for the next semester or give us back the transportation fees because we are studying online at home and not some of our parents there income is becoming lower
