I as a resident of the borough want a refund from the government for council tax with regards to our weekly collection.

We have not received a service in which we pay for. This has been going on for over a month now because of strike action by the bin men.Not only is this causing much distress, it is attracting mice, and vermin. Whilst encouraging fly tipping.

As a concerned mother of young children i speak for myself and everyone living in the borough, that this is not a suitable environment to be living in, especially in this day and age.
