၁။ က်ြႏု္ပ္တုိ ့ၿပည္သူမ်ားအေနၿဖင့္ ဆယ္ေက်ာ္သက္အရြယ္ အိမ္အကူမိန္းကေလးႏွစ္ဦးကုိ ညွဥ္းပန္းႏွိပ္စက္မွု မ်ားအတြက္ ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံအမ်ိဳးသားလူ ့အခြင့္အေရးေကာ္မရွင္က နစ္နာေၾကးေပးသည့္ နည္းၿဖင့္ ညွိႏွိဳင္းေၿဖရွင္းခဲ့သည့္ လုပ္ရပ္ကုိကန္ ့ကြက္ရူံ႕ခ်သည္။
၂။ မိန္းကေလးႏွစ္ဦးသည္ ကုိယ္္ကာယညွင္းပန္းႏွိပ္စက္မွုမ်ားခံစားခဲ့ရၿပီး၊ စိတ္ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာ ထိခုိက္ ခံစား ခဲ့ရသည္။ ၿပစ္မွုဆုိင္ရာဥပေဒရာဇသတ္ၾကီးပုဒ္မ ၃၆၇၊ ၃၆၈၊ ၃၇၀၊ ၃၂၅၊ ၃၂၆ အၿပင္းအထန္နာက်င္ေစမွဳ စသည့္ရာဇသတ္ၾကီးမွုမ်ားႏွင့္ အက်ံဳး၀င္သည့္အၿပင္ အရြယ္မေရာက္ေသးသည့္ ကေလးမ်ားကုိ က်ြန္ၿပဳရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ႏွင့္ စီမံထိန္းသိမ္းထားၿခင္း၊ လ်ိဳ ့၀ွက္ထားၿခင္းေၾကာင္း ၿပစ္မွုၾကီး ၿဖစ္ေနသကဲသုိ ့ တစ္သက္တစ္က်ြန္းထိဒဏ္ခ်မွတ္ႏုိင္၍ အာမခံႏွင့္ လႊတ္ေပးခြင့္မရႏုိင္သည့္ က်ဴးလြန္မွုမ်ား ၿဖစ္သည္။
၃။ ၄င္းအၿပင္ လူ ့အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ ကေလးသူငယ္အခြင့္အေရး၊ အလုပ္သမားအခြင့္အေရးမ်ား ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္ခံထားရသည့္ ၿဖစ္ရပ္မ်ားရွိေနေသာ္လည္းတရားဥပေဒအရအေရးယူေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္ စီမံမွုမရွိ ဘဲေငြေၾကးအားနည္းသူမ်ားအေပၚ ေငြေၾကးၿဖင့္ ညွိႏွိဳင္းမွုသာၿပဳလုပ္ခဲ့သည့္ လူ ့အခြင့္အေရးေကာ္မရွင္အေပၚ ဆက္လက္၍ မယံုၾကည္ႏုိင္ေတာ့ပါ။
၃။ လူ ့အခြင့့္အေရးေကာ္မရွင္ အဖြဲ ့၀င္မ်ားသည္ၿပည္သူ ့မ်ား၏ လူ ့အခြင့္အေရးရပုိင္ခြင့္မ်ားကုိ မကာကြယ္ႏိုင္သည့္အၿပင္ ေငြေၾကးၿဖင့္ မသိနားမလည္သူမ်ားအေပၚ အမွုေက်ေအးရန္ ညွိႏွိဳင္းမွုမ်ား ၿပဳလုပ္ခဲ့သည့္အတြက္ ၿပည္သူမ်ားကုိတရား၀င္ေတာင္းပန္၍ ႏွုတ္ထြက္ေပးပါရန္ အေလးအနက္ေတာင္းဆုိသည္။

Since the Commission is found to be unable to carry out its duties and unable to understand what is Human Rights, it is time to resign. Especially the members U Zaw Win and Daw Mya Mya have to be removed from the Commission immediately.

We want real human right commission not this kind of commission the way they solve the problem totally not right to do so, especially under age that is huge criminal, we have to stand for this young girls. All commission member should resign. Take responsibility

What they did was totally unacceptable and against the human rights. They cannot perform what they are expected. Human rights does not mean negotiation. They are not qualified to be at that place to protect the people.

I found it really difficult to accept the role and the way that MNHRC involved in the case of the two young domestic helpers who were inhumanely treated by AVA tailoring family and fully vote for the resignation of the stakeholders in this commission.
