Associate Judge Ida Brazell has acted with such indifference to and has blatantly violated her legal duty with respect to the rights of others, an has continuously acted with conduct that is extreme when compared with ordinary reasoning. She has demonstrated improper, and unlawful conduct bound be her Code of Ethics, The United States Constitution and the Texas Constitution with intentional personal prejudice and acts without concern, an lack of interest to the outcome of those whose rights she has infringed upon. She has continuously misused the power of her office, due to personal prejudice, and has done so willfully, knowingly, and intentional to such a degree as to amount to an abuse of the public's trust int eh office she represents and does so with out reason or justification. She has continuously, insulted, made irrelevant accusations, discriminated the male gender, ignored evidence, denied the review of evidence, and denied witness testimony. We the undersigned pray for her immediate removal.
