To change laws in the state of Kentucky that will allow the govorner to make the decisions about terminally ill inmates being allowed to go home and die around their familes. As long as they are non violent offenders. Also, to allow the families of the termionally ill to visit their relative during thei dying days. Not just an hour and a half before the inmates takes his last breath. We need a law called Wesleysa Law to reform Ky State Prisons. To stop Patient neglect in prison hospitals and to take decisions about terminally ill inmates rights away from the wardens at the facilities.
The momentum we have built proves that the state cannot ignore the suffering inside these facilities any longer. Wardens have hidden behind these cruel regulations for too long, but we are finally forcing them into the light.

This is common sense. let the gov decide and get the power out of the hands of the people who dont care about human dignity.

My uncle was in there and they wouldnt even let us visit properly. This is just cruel and unusual punishment. Let them go home to their families.
