This petition supports the demands of Kabul University Students who have launched a hunger strike in front of the Parliament in Kabul. They protest against gender, sectarian, ethnic and many other forms of discrimination in the university. they also protest rampant corruption, bullying of the students by officials and some lecturers and lack of academic competence and transparency. Reform in third level institutions of education in Afghanistan is a must and a vital need. without it, Afghanistan will not be able to climb out of the ditch of failed states.
