In contrast, the European Commission's OLAF and research DGs and agencies (Research, Connect, ERC, ERCEA) found within their entire life only one case of scientific malpractice. And this happened in 2007, please see

This situation can be explained by one of two situations:

a) All European researchers are honest, while outside Europe there is a land of thieves

b) Within the European Commission there is a culture of white washing and complicity to fraud

Since the situation described in a) is a nonsense and an offence to our non-European colleagues, we have to accept the situation from b).

Therefore, we need a profound reform of the European Commission. The General Directors and their team have to go!
