Referendum To Maintain Original End Of Fall 2016 Quarter

I already plan my trip on Nov 19 in Europe, I bought so many tickets!!! I can't cancelled all of them! Can SCAD return my money?

I am glad for SCAD somewhat organized evacuation plan but to extend the quarter to make up the unneeded extra week of classes canceled is not right. Travel plans have been made prior and the open Fridays are built to make up for lost time for such problems.

There's more than enough time to make up the classes. The current plan is awful.

I think it's deplorable that the school is showing no empathy for the students. The change of schedule creates unwarranted hardships for not only the kids but their families. How do they think they can go home, come back, then go home again, acouple days later? Has the school even considered the financial strain that puts on the families?

SCAD, we are not made of unlimited money and time.

Remaining classes could be taken after/at the beggining of Winter Quarter maybe? This way we have more time to plan accordingly. Then there's also the obvious online option

I had the plan to move out Savannah since the beginning of fall quarter. Extend week would affect my plan and cost me.

This change will break so many people's plan and also lead us to waste some money.I believe there is a better solution about this thin.

Plz don't do this. My sister is coming here to Calgary for the first time and we were both extremely, anxiously, impatiently and desperately waiting for this. And we already booked a flight for her for the November date when classes were supposed to cancel. Hope you guys can change this schedule back.

I have a plane ticket booked for November 18th for France . I already made reservations for hotels. I think scad should add classes on Fridays and Saturdays. I am an international student and have only a month to see my family in France and Uruguay. If classes end on December 1st. It costs a lot of money to change the plane tickets! Thanks, Inès

Its not fair at any level !

We bought the flight ticket to return our daughter on november 18, and for the hurracaine we got a lot of expenses that we didn't expected. I hope Scad find a good resolution,
