We, the undersigned, electors of the City of Riverside, Ohio respectfully order that Ordinance No. 12-O-503, passed by the Council of this city or village or by the township trustees on the 6th day of December, 2012, be submitted to the electors of such city, village or township for their approval or rejection at the general election to be held on the 5th day of November, 2013.
The following is a full and correct copy of the title and text of the proposed Ordinance:
Ordinance No. 12-O-503
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE SEVEN, CHAPTER 181, INCOME TAX SECTIONS 181.15 AND REPEALING THE EXISTING CHAPTER 181, SECTION 181.15 OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, OHIO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1: That Chapter 181, Income Tax, Section 181.15 as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth is hereby enacted.
Section 2: The existing Chapter 181, Income Tax, Section 181.15 is hereby repealed.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force at the earliest date allowed by law after January 1, 2013.
