I was born four years after Lanka gained independence from foreign rule and domination lasting over 400 years. We cannot go back to the ignominy of subjugation by Westerners, not just in my lifetime but that of every Lankan living now and those to be born. Let no politician or mercenary in the pay of the US sully our beloved nation and the legacy given to this country by the Lord Buddha!

Government's expert review committee on MCC says NO to MCC or any such agreement that is detrimental to national interests or security, Government promised to do away with MCC before the election. Hence, the government ought to listen to its people and full their obligations.

Our sovereignty and freedom cannot be compromised by such shady deals. We are a free country and we must remain so. It is time we force the government to kick out all the INGOs who does nothing but conspire to bring us under colonials again!
