Ricky Maurice Pee has been incarcerated for nine years for drug charges. He was an addict--not a pusher. He should have been hospitalized, not incarcerated. Because of the SC 3-Strikes Law, he was sentenced to 21 years. He is a bright, intelligent, loving, young man who has licked his addiction and been a model prisoner. Let's free Mr. Pee.

This 3 strikes law is a total joke. lockin up addicts instead of helpin them just destroys lives. let him come home.
