Security is something very needed in off campus And because we are can't afford the hostels on campus with more securities we end up suffering from a lot of things

Jital hostel is one of the worst hostels yet they take 2000cedis a year.. They do not do any renovations whatsoever.. Our mine whole for collecting fecal waste has been overflowing for God knows when.. Flies move from there and attack our food and very bad smell enters the rooms of students who are closer to it.. Bedbugs have also found their way in people's rooms and absolutely nothing is being done about it.. Our study room bulbs have not been working since last sem and as at this time in a new semester, nothing has been done about it despite the several complaints made to the management from even me.. This really needs to end.. There should be a system that will price all hostels according to their facilities.. And laws should also be made in order to force them to renovate the facilities every year.
