We petition the town of Berthoud to do the following in the neighborhood trailer parks. 1st reduce the speed limit from 30 mph to 20 mph on 2nd street. 2nd change the name of the streets inside the trailer parks to reduce confusion among emergency service providers looking for the correct address. Lastly, invest in upgrading the community roads, and lighting along the streets.

These changes will reduce crime, encourage safe driving while children play, and possibly save lives by reducing confusion among responding emergency service providers.
