The number of ads running during sports activities on TV is completely out of hand. The players have to stand around on the field (or basketball court) while ads for beer, food and erectile dysfunction run on and on. It has reached the point where these ads are affecting the game itself. Momentum is impossible to maintain while players have to stand around waiting for word from the television representatives that it is OK to continue. It is also very distracting for the fans who are viewing (or attempting to view) the game at home. Let's make a statement to the television network executives and advertising moguls that this is no longer acceptable.
