With the seemingly never-ending impact of the pandemic on students at the University of Hull, it appears the only just outcome is to partially refund tuition fees, or provide bursaries to improve the home working space of students. The restrictions in place has seen the availability of facilities plummet, the use of utilities vastly reduced and the overall quality of courses diminished. Not only this, the need for improved wifi packages, IT equipment, home office equipment and home utilities has soared. It is time that the University acknowledged our cries for support and shows how much it values its students (not just as a source of revenue). If you feel uncomfortable leaving your name, just leave your student number in the comments!)

Tutoring due to covid is a joke. I'm level 7 and three weeks in I've been set no work and can't progress with my group project.

For a module we would usually have two full days of teaching for we now only get under two hours online each week. There is no way this is equivalent to the course we signed up for.

A bursary would be incredible and such a large benefit to so many students who’re struggling due to having to work from home!

Just had to use my overdraft and increase my working hours to afford a new laptop that is able to keep up with the course.
