As long time residents of this block we wanted this implemented over 20 years ago. Now with the road much more busier this is a serious situation that needs to be looked at.
My wife Ingrid and son Alex would also like to have there names included on the petition.

Would love to see the speed limit reduced in front of our home! Too many 18 wheelers and joy riders take this bypass instead of hwy 26 to avoid traffic, just so they can go faster than 100km/hr. The majority of residents on this stretch are residential homes with a short distance from the road. It is getting really scary to even go out to collect mail let alone walking with stroller or letting children play in the front yard.

Many 18 wheelers, some with two trailers attached (Coke-A-Cola and gravel trucks are brutal!!!) fly by with drivers that appear to be texting. Lots of cars and motorcycles love this stretch and drive on it like it’s the Autobahn.
A reduced speed (60 km) would be appreciated. Those that want to go faster can stick to Hwy 26.
You are taking your life in your hands if you want to walk/run in this road.

Far too fast. Many 18 wheelers flying down the road while obviously texting. Motorcycles LOVE this stretch. Some days you would think it’s the Autobaun
