Ambulance staff have to wait until 67 to retire.
Paramedics are exposed to high degrees of physical and psychological stress on a daily basis.
Would you feel safe being carried down a flight of stairs by a 67 year old? Reduce the retirement age of paramedics to fall in line with the other emergency services.
