For the amount of tuition this school charges...really? Parking too? I guess Catholic schools have no ♡ either....just trying to make a buck for any little thing they can charge...sad :-(

Ridiculous and unfair. As a nursing student, I believe if seton hall would have just updated the nursing building we have now, that would have made most sense. Traveling to nutley is a hassle and not a choice, rather a must since necessary classes to graduate are only being offered there. Because this is necessary, parking prices should be lowered, if not free due to the fact that no one in my class was told about the new campus until committing. Also, no nursing student can opt out of going to the new building for classes. Please reconsider prices and look at them from a students point of view and realize it is unfair and outrageous to charge almost $500.

Seton shall is RUTHLESS in that they will do whatever it takes to get money from their students to pay for the expenses the university themselves cannot pay for. SHU preaches in the name of God but NOTHING about day light robbery is holy. As long as SHU is benefitting, they do not care how students are impacted - even it means forcing students to move to a new campus and basically steal their money from them through “parking passes.”

Either changing the price or making as many options for the Nutley campus as there are for the south Orange campus is only fair.

I already can barely afford to pay for fall and spring tuition or textbooks on top of that. Students should atleast have some
say when it comes to decision making regarding finances for this campus. This is the first year that Seton Hall has transitioned to the IHS campus and there should be accommodations made for students. Most of us are taking out loans just to pay for tuition and it’s disheartening to see that parking permits come out to be $500.

In hopes that administrations see these comments. On that note, where are you expecting all of us students to park ? The lot is almost full with just summer session right now, I can only imagine the chaos of having to pay for a parking spot on campus and not even having a place to put your car once the lot is filled up? Lack of planning is directly being taken out on us students and this is absurd!!! I really would rethink SHU if I was an incoming student
