Present cost for IHS campus is over 600 dollars this is outrageous for students. Many are working while going to school and the price of parking makes a heavy burden on top of tuition and books

As a PhD student that is part time in the SHMS program and nearing the dissertation phase, our classes are offered in the evening furthermore I will only be taking one class. I think it is highly dissatisfying to be responsible for a 500 dollar fee for both campuses when I will not need to go to the south orange site and will only minimally be at the Nutley campus. I petition for more options for students like myself such as an evening Nutley site only pass. Thank you

Agree 100%. I will be on campus 4 hours a week - the price is ridiculous. It should be tailored to part time/full time students.

This school continues to rob its students blind with continued non-disclosure as to where the funds are going. This was a primary concern with many of the students running for student government yet the administration seems to do nothing.

The parking price is set by Hackensack not Seton Hall...the parking at Seton Hall is just a courtesy. Seeing that it's not Seton Hall's medical school since they're not paying for it, i doubt they can do much to negotiate...

I am a part time commuting PhD student. Typically I only come to campus once/week. It would be nice if a part time commuter pass was offered at a lower rate similar to what is offered at the main campus

I am a senior in the dual degree OT program. Plain and simple, why do I have to pay more to park at the health and medical sciences campus than it is to park at the main campus? We pay so much in tuition and if our program had stayed on the main campus for our fourth year i would be paying much less for parking. Why do we as graduate students have to suffer? The financial burden is unfair. Almost 500 dollars to park? On top of thousands of dollars in tuition, hundreds of dollars for books, etc?

When some other schools are giving free tuition to their medical students, I would hope Seton Hall could at least give their graduate students a break on these things like parking. It doesn't look good to future potential graduate students to have all these additional fees in Seton Hall graduate programs either.

It baffles me...the simple and fair resolution to this would be to charge students for parking on a monthly basis...why is this so difficult to address? Unless the powers that be are only concerned with making money off the already burdened students.

let students worry about school instead of this ridiculous debt that you are piling on them. Take some initiative from NYU, a school far superior than Seton Hall in every way, and make school and parking affordable so instead of discouraging students you give more the chance to further their education and make a difference. Common sense people.

A University is a place to learn and grow and not to extort students with ridiculous fees such as this. Charging students who already suffer from burdening school debt is not only impractical but irresponsible.

As someone who just graduated from a PT program at another school, to see prices like this for my younger sister is disheartening. Not only did they have to relocate to a new medical campus that they didn't even know about when entering the program, and now they have to pay that much to park?! This new school didn't even provide on campus housing! Students should be worrying about doing well in school and preparing themselves to get a job someday, not ridiculous parking prices. For all the extra stress and trouble you are causing you should just make parking free at this point.

As a part-time PhD student, it seems unbalanced and quite unfair that I (and my peers in a similar situation) would be paying the same as someone living and going to school full-time on campus whereas I will be on campus 1-2 times a week maximum. Also, the availability of a per-semester permit is necessary given the program caters primarily to full-time employees and adults with families; as such, there is no way to guarantee that I will be even taking courses for the next two consecutive semesters so it would be much more feasible and appreciative to be able to purchase one permit per semester at a time at a lower cost.
