The ferry commute is making it unaffordable to live in DB. It has increased over 50% since I've moved here 5 years ago. I definitely having made 50% more in my income !

How about HKR plan to put the park place where the unused outdoor activity facility is, next to the fire station. Add a small underground walkway to get to the the plaza side of the street and boom...problem solved.

Discovery bay commuters should Alia be entitled to the reduced / subsidized carry fares in light of reduced fuel prices. However a more pressing matter is stipulating that ferry companies use CLEAN FUEL. for the health and safety of all Hing Kong residents clean fuel, clean air and positive health outcomes are fundamentally more important than money.

HKR: you repeatedly use the excuse of increased oil prices to increase the ferry price. Use your same logic to decrease the fares in line with other ferry companies now. Otherwise you lose face: you've been caught lying about why you wanted to increase the fares to begin with.

The Government grant the right to DB Ferry for the purpose of providing service to the resident but not creating a monopoly to milk the residents for huge profit. If the DB Ferry said they could not lower down their fares, the Government should allow competitors to end the unjust monopoly.
