We are a military family leasing a home in unincorporated Bay county and what an injustice you are sticking us with. There are ways to alleviate our burden; in no way are the rates I pay for water fair or equitable compared to other places in the county. Do the right thing and restructure the debt or share it among all of Bay County at a smaller percentage increase before you get sued.

I own property in unincorporated Bay County and feel I have the right to sign this as the water and sewage rates for that property are out of control. I do not feel it's my responsibility to pay for a new development in the area.

This seems to be an unreasonable rate for working people to pay. This should have been studied better before this was all decided. Its time to look @ these rates that are critically hurting "OUR" people.

Cherokee Heights residents get no benefit and were never planned to get any benefit from the North Bay water treatment facility. There is no excuse for charging us for something from which we will receive no benefit.
