Valve, The Red Tape Recorder you've recently released is completely unbalanced. The rates of degrading sentries and dispensers are terrible: Sentry Lvl.3 goes down to Lvl. 2 in a second when sapped. Spies with Dead Ringer and Red Tape Recorder could literally force players to switch from Engineer's class to any other class since it's almost impossible to deal with Spies.
