Petition for Redress of TSA Violations in Alaska

We the People who are the Citizens, a complete body of free persons united together for our common benefit, to enjoy peaceably what is our own, and to do justice to others, have come together to create and in fact are the state of Alaska and all political power is inherent in the People.  

1. The Citizens of the state have a Fundamental and Constitutional Right to the Freedom of Movement and Travel within the state and to Free ingress of the many States, and the egress of them.  

2. We the Citizens of the state of Alaska which in part compose the Citizens of the united States of America, enjoy the God Given Right in our Personsto be free of unreasonable search and seizures, enumerated by the 4th amendment to the Constitution of the united States of America and Article 1 section 14 and section 22 of the Alaska State Constitution.  

3. The state of Alaska was brought together by the People within that state to guarantee and protect the Liberties enumerated in the State and Federal Constitutions, “all government originates with the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the people as a whole”. The People have elected a state government who’s first and foremost Duty is to uphold and defend these Liberties and to act as a check and balance should the Federal government infringe on these Liberties. The People have the Right to Petition the State for those protections, and a time has come for the People to invoke this Right as the facts state below.  

·The Federal Transportation Security Administration has grossly abused the Rights and Dignity of the People, the Right to be Secure in their Persons, the Right to Privacy, and the Right to Freely travel from place to place.  

·They have required that a Citizen subject himself to screening that degrades the decency and humanity of that Citizen, to subject himself to body scans and body searches that no decent society should allow. ·They require that a man or woman stand idle while his or her spouse, son, or daughter be humiliated and violated in front of them. 

·They violate due process by assuming all Citizens are guilty with no reasonable suspicion other than the Citizens Right and need to travel.  

·They repeatedly abuse Citizens by taking them into isolated spaces to intimidate and harass them, and to further violate them.  

·They assault our decency and common sense under the pretense of protecting us. 

THEREFORE,  

We the Citizens of Alaska call upon the Governor of our great state and his attorney general to hear this Citizens Petition for Redress, and to forcibly demand that the TSA immediately cease and desist in violating its Citizens.  

We call on the Governor to remember his oath to the People, to bring relief from an obvious affront on our Dignity, Rights and Honor.  

We the People remember well what our wise Forefathers taught us, that “"They, who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty nor security."
