Percy Jackson/ Heroes of Olympus TV Show
Adapt the Camp Half-Blood Series into a TV Show
Updates

I spent the weekend rereading the original series and the hollow feeling of that film adaptation only hurts more now. We deserve a version of Percy's journey that actually respects the source material instead of throwing away everything that made these characters special.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that I am not the only one who felt cheated by that original adaptation. It feels validating to know so many of you share this frustration and want to see the story finally done right.

I hated the movie (didn't bother seeing the second). They sucked and didn't do the books justice. Please please please someone buy the rights back and give the series the recognition it deserves.
I love Percy Jackson, seeing it on screen, slaughtered like that, its just terrible. One of the people who worked on the movie also worked on Harry potter, i expected it to follow major and important things in the book.
This series definitally needs a movie remake, the books were to good to have been messed up like that
The movies are completely wrong!!!If they don't change them than the fandom will make our own.
They really do need to remake the movies. They were so wrong! Every time The Lightning Thief comes on I immediately change the channel. At least put some younger kids!
PLEASE FIX THEM. There is a massive fandom for the books alone, imagine the possibilities if there were movies that didn't suck. I loved these books growing up and am addicted, I still read them all the time. The fandom needs this and if u make movies that do the story justice it is a guaranteed success since the fandom is massive
I love this series so much!!!!!!
This needs to be changed! The movie should follow the book to a T.

Please please please?!
You need to fix the films!!!!!!
It truly is sad. I mean, when I first got into Percy Jackson, I saw the movie first, but now that I've read the whole series? The movie is just horrible! The plot the characters, nothing adds up! For the remake I hope the director reads the book(s). (They are extraordinary in the way the mythology is intertwined, they are diffidently worth the read).
It truly needs to be remade. There is no question about it that it does. It will be just as great as harry potter
Hate the movies. I'm sorry but they should've had a younger cast that was close to the age percy and the gang were.
