Redo school boundary for new Richard Oliphant Elementary School in North Indio

This is absurd that all of North Indio residents will not have the chance to send their children to the new school!

This map is ridiculous and our children in the new developments deserve the opportunity to go to the new school or they will go elsewhere out of the city of Indio altogether.

Please redo the school boundaries in a way that makes sense.

Keep the north kids together we pay for the taxes

Making residence that higher taxes that live a half a mile from a school to drive to another school 2 miles away is ridiculous

These boarders have to concern for traffic or saftey. Not to mention the higher taxes population is being penalized. Please rethink this decision.

I live in Palazzo homes and think we should be able to have our kids attend the new school literally down the street.

These borders need to be redesigned, or vote out the city officials who allowed this to happen without the input of people who live across the street from the new school.

My house is approximately .08 mi, 1 min drive time from this school and my daughter cannot attend. This is ridiculous!

We're in walking distance to the new school and aren't in the zone? Doesn't make any sense.

This layout and division of the community make no sense. Please reconsider the layout with the tax paying community in mind.

Doesn’t make sense on may level. Logistics. Waste of taxpayer money. That school is for N. Indio residents 10 yrs too late. Think about the parents. Pls change boundaries.

The layout makes no sence , I mean there are two elementary kids in my community (sandhurst cove) and its ridicouls that they will be going to jackson instead of the new school

We need this school to be available to all north indio. This school is literally up the street from my home; it would be ubsurd for my daughter to have to go to a different school.

Too many residents north of the freeway have to crossover the 10 to get to their assigned Elementary school. With this new School boundary makes the situation worse, and will cause too much congestion in the streets. Jackson and Monroe are single lane overpasses. It doesn’t make sense to make residence on the northside travel to the south, and the southside to travel to the north.

This boundary doesnt make sense. Is there even a legitimate reason as to how they came up with this bright idea? Thanks DSUSD.

I think the proposed boundaries make no sense at all.

There is no reason why our children should have to attend another school when there is one in our neighborhood!

My son has been waiting for the school to be done.
