redo boundary between neighbor
I am asking court support the boundary is receiptalbe .
I own the two property together, and I give out 3717 dowling st to my friend in very complicate situation. I keep 2405 alabama st .I told him very clearly the boundary us along the fence. but now he told me I need give him more land. He showed me he record on the deed is not the boundary which we said with the fence.
I am very clear about I give out the part is outside the fence, I am trust Felix Fu. When we go there to sign, I did not check. I was thinking I give this part to him, the fence is there very clear. I never pay attention on the discrimination, now he told me need give my back yard to him, because his part is not enough . That is so unbelievable and so funny!
I have to come court ask for legal protect. I ask court order him redo the deed, because the deed is not correct, My property 2405 alabama st already over the deed line since 1920. The two property always one owner, before I give out 3717 cowling st. You can not cut my house use the fake deed.
My fence already there since 1960, same as the building on 3717 Dowling ST, which build part on 2405 Alabama ST.
I am here ask court order Felix fu redo the deed describe as my will is I give outside my fence not inside my fence. The two property boundary can not over the fence.
