This is a preposterous idea with no consideration for the local residents.

Swan Wharf is an almost unique example of an Edwardian multi-storey horse stables. Its position within the Hackney Wick and Fish Island Conservation Area and sensitive location at the confluence of the Lee Navigation and River Lea make it vital that the whole building is preserved, not just two walls.

I am an artist with a studio in Hackney Wick and I'd hate to see these old buildings change so radically.

Save London's architectural heritage... its a constant reminder of the community who toiled and lived their lives here. Once its gone you cannot out it back!

We are loosing to many of these historic buildings, reuse is the optimum choice.

The Fish Island buildings should be kept intact and not become mere film-set charades.

Getting rid of such historic working buildings is the surest way to ensure that London itself ends up dead. Without workspaces the city will cease to live.

One by one demolishing these buildings changes the historic thread of a community until it unravels completely

We need to look after our historical buildings by use and maintenance.

I object to PA/14/00262/FUL as it would contravene LLDC and other national planning policies. It will reduce much required commercial space and long term employment opportunities.
