Neil Redfearn has proved himself an inept manager and has demoralised both the players and supporters of Northwich Victoria with his actions. His record in his first season speaks for itself: one draw and seven defeats, putting us bottom of the Blue Square Premier. We, the fans, call for his immediate removal to prevent him causing further damage to our beloved club and to allow sufficient time for a new manager to try to save us from relegation.
