Redbridge Roundabout - Petition to the House of Commoms

There is always traffic when going towards the roundabout . People always taking over one another as in a rush .

Simply fed up to use this round about.Virtually impossible to move forward in both Roding lane south and Redbridge lane east particularly mornings and late afternoons.Simply maddening.Some thing must be done asap for entering into big round about as well as small artificial round about.Phoned and spoken dozens of times to concerned departments at Redbridge council,but none seems to be bothered at all.Councillor for this area must take this issue up with authorities..Some times it took 25 mins to go through these two round abouts

I find this roundabout confusing and dangerous. I only used it about 10 times, but avoid it because of all the HGV's. I have been cut up and get scared.

Please do something.

It is indeed a very serious local issue and needs to be resolved as soon as possible. Let us also force this before the local elections next week

This is a particularly 'bad' roundabout, with an 'every man for himself' attitude anyway, dangerous to say the least! Something MUST be done

I complained to the highways authority when I moved to the area nearly 10years ago. It fell on deaf ears. the speed the cars go round when the lights go green is like a race track. I worry for new drivers and even myself when after waiting for a long time to enter the roundabout that dangerous decision is made by pressure from cars behind me tooting and swearing as they get impatient. it will not cost highways any money as they simply need to delay the green lights for a few seconds or even add lights to Redbridge lane east!

Yes please do something about the traffic it's a nightmare

such a dangerous roundabout which causes so many accidents. it stresses me on my way to work every morning. i have had two accidents on this round about and witnessed many. all we need is a traffic light inbetween the station and the redhouse pub. its a no brainer really. i intended to start this petition myself last year so well done guys

The current predicament is becoming increasingly time consuming and dangerous. Please can we work towards a long term solution.

This NEEDS to change. I spend at LEAST 20 mins in this traffic every morning. I could use extra sleep!!

The issues at Redbridge roundabout will only increase once the extension to Beal High School is open. Allowing a larger time window between the preceding traffic lights at the roundabout and Redbridge Lane East appears to be the most sensible option. There also needs to be a solution to drivers using the wrong side of the road to overtake traffic. In the past I have seen the police issue tickets to any individuals that action this.
