Entry from redbridge lane east seems impossibe at times. Long queses at traffic times and at weekends. Every time you travel your life is at risk. Please do something about it. Already too any accidents have happened.

queues always make me get to work late. getting my head in. more chance of accidents. delays makes drivers crazy.

This roundabout has been a mess for so many years and they do nothing about it. To add to the problem of the roundabout, we've also got buses and coaches coming out of the station onto Redbridge Lane East just before it. We thought we got a slight improvement a couple of years ago when they removed one of the bus stops at Redbridge Station, only for to be replaced by coach services. Using this roundabout has been one of the worst driving experiences of my whole life. People start doing stupid things in the morning in an attempt to beat the queue like driving in the wrong lane to get to the roundabout quicker. This further aggravates other drivers. Traffic has no chance of getting out of Redbridge Lane East because the lights to the right change so quick. Did the people who set up this lighting system actually test its use?! Who’s in charge of this stuff?!

In my opinion traffic lights are urgently needed on Redbridge Lane East.

I've seen two accidents in the space of two months on this roundabout. this is the only exit out of redbridge to city..and it needs sorting ASAP. Tfl needs to sort it out before a serious accident happens.

Living in Vista Drive if your out before 6.30am you're in for long delays to get onto Redbridge roundabout

The best way for me to get to work WOULD BE on the M11 but it would take me far longer than using a whole load of side roads and creating far more pollution. It is clear that the authorities have been aware of the problem for some years as Redbridge Lane East was shut off completely during the Olympics. Something must be done to make the junction safer and usable for local residents. Surely simply adjusting the phasing of the lights would be the simplest and cheapest way of dealing with the problem.

I concur, the entrance to the roundabout from Redbridge Lane East is very problematic and there are usually large tailbacks as a result. Something needs to be done.

This roundabout is a nightmare and a hazard. Most of the issues would be alleviated by having a traffic light entry from Redbridge Lane East, as well as better timed lights all round to improve the flow.

I have lived in Redbridge for over 30 years but i try to a void the roundabout which as a resident i should not have to just because of the traffic congestion at the roundabout

The traffic is so bad down Redbridge Lane East that we often factor in an extra 15-20 mins to get down to the roundabout. I dread to think what the levels of pollution there are around the traffic lights by the station (which are a complete waste of time and space). Take those lights away and put lights on the roundabout. However, there are drivers who also fail to notice that there is no entry to the station from Redbridge Lane East; this happens when they come off the roundabout - I actually stopped my car and refused to move until the driver got the message that it was no entry and had to go up Redbridge Lane and get to the station from another direction. So come on Redbridge Council, get your finger out and get the traffic moving and do something useful.

I fully agree that this roundabout needs some serious work. Redbridge Lane East is a nightmare and incredibly dangerous.
