There is no safety for the individual carrying an unloaded weapon. Any perpetrator will be fully loaded and ready to fire.

Our 2nd amendment rights are guarantied in our Constitution. The constitution is the law of the land adhere to it & get this done ASAP

I personally believe that any and all citizens should have the right to carry a wepon let alone a loded wepon into or around Red Rock for the soul purpose to protect themselves from any and all kinds of harm. If you deprive a person from being able to protect him/herself when the use of protection is needed and they cannot because the ban to carry a loded firearm inside the park, and something seriously happens to them then you should be the ones to blame, and be held responsible! Lift the ban and restore gun rights in Red Rock.

You can carry an unloaded firearm? That is just a fancy and expensive club. Much of Red Rock is back country and there are coyotes, bobcats and puma. Not to mention snakes galore. Legal carry is a right and a safety precaution.

The reason for carrying a firearm is negated by it being empty. It makes as much sense as carrying an empty canteen or putting on hiking boots without laces. It effects only the law abiding citizens because criminals ignore such laws anyway.
