Growing up in the valley, I've watched as development slowly crept closer to Red Rock Canyon. We need to maintain what little buffer there remains between our city and our invaluable wilderness resources.

This National resource needs to be protected by removal of the Valley West Disposal Area from the disposable classification. Continued development toward the Red Rock conservation area will negatively impact the experiece of all users of Red Rocks and further strain an already threatened water supply for Las Vegas.
